This project is a developer driven conversion of an existing end of terrace Victorian townhouse into 4 self contained flats incorporating a rear extension, basement development and loft conversion.

Although this building was a 3 storey house, 4 flats were approved which made all the difference to the developer and reduced the risk of the development. The developer self managed this project on site which further increased the return.

Planning and Building Regulations Approval was obtained. Construction completed 2009.
